Edited: I will post the chapters that were deleted from Alexander's blog at http://apstudyguide.blogspot.com. I am not sure why he deleted them. I'm still trying to find Chapter 22. And please don't mind the crappy formatting. It was changed when I copy and pasted the text to a MS Doc.


Edited again: Finished and corrected formatting of  chapters  1-24, excluding 1 and 22. Found chapter 1. Will start compiling the questions and answers. Still can't find chapter 22.
